Illustrator, print-maker, creator of zines

Liza Pink Dangerfield is an illustrator who grew up in Cumbria and moved to York for university. She is now based across both places. She creates handcrafted playful and colourful work using traditional mediums such as lino printing, fine liners, coloured pencils, POSCA pens and watercolours. Her style ranges from bold and graphic to intricate and detailed and she is always up for a challenge.
A lot of her personal work is people based reportage in a palm sized sketchbook but don’t let that fool you; she also works large scale creating immersive installations. In her work, you can find a nostalgic feel that often centres around nature.
Eco-friendly, community-based production is at the heart of her practice so don’t hesitate to reach out! Moving forward she would love to work on posters, stage sets, community workshops and events reportage.
